Arrows

Bows can be shot near silently for one action and need not be reloaded.

Bolts

Crossbows can be shot for one action. A bolt must be loaded between shots for one action.

Crossbows can puncture armor, ignoring half of the target’s armor DR rounded down.

Black Powder & Lead Balls

Both must be carried separately. Firearms are loud and cannot be fired indoors without risking permanent hearing damage. In outdoor areas, the boom of a firearm can carry for miles.

Firearms must be loaded between shots for one action. Lead balls punch through armor, ignoring DR.
