Item Durability

Adventuring is hard on both your body and your gear. Items can be Notched or Destroyed while adventuring.

When an item suffers an attack that compromises its durability, it is Notched. After suffering a certain number of Notches, the item is Destroyed. Most items can suffer one notch, with the second notch causing destruction.

Notched items may be repaired. Destroyed items may be repaired at full price, so should usually be discarded for space.
